Ranger Air Adventure Jacket & Pant CE
Project type
Adventure Jacket & Pant CE
Date
2026
Location
Irvine, CA
Problem:
At Fox our adventure line had you covered for the wet and cold conditions with the gore-tex line, but there was a need for warmer condition riding.
Approach:
Jacket — I used a stretch woven material for the main body to give airflow and used 850D at the elbows for added abrasion protection. Plenty of utility pockets for storage and internal pockets for CE armor in back, elbows, and shoulders. Zip ventilation at the chest for when you need more airflow during the ride.
Pant — 4-way stretch for mobility, zoned 850D abrasion resistant fabric at the knees, leather knee panels for heat and protection. It also includes internal pockets for CE knee and hip armor and a double layered saddle. Zip ventilation at the thighs for more airflow to the legs when riding.
Both tested and passed for CE safety ratings.
Outcome:
A breathable lighter weight jacket and pants combo for adventure touring and riding that keeps you protected and temperatures managed.
